We stand behind every Pureversa device. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund:
- Request made within 60 days of delivery
- Product returned in its original packaging
- All accessories included with the device returned
HOW TO START A RETURN

REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
